Job: Fine Jewelry Clerical --- (PT), Bloomingdale's Palm Beach Gardens

Overview:


The Fine Jewelry Processor unpacks jewelry received from the vendor and audits each shipment of merchandise. Responsibilities also include marking items according to established guidelines and creating the appropriate bar codes in a Distribution Center environment.


Key Accountabilities:

Read header instructions to determine the scanning, marking and audit requirements of each shipment.
Unpack merchandise for processing.
Perform manual and scanned audits.
Mark merchandise according to guidelines.
Produce required bar codes according to guidelines.
Complete all appropriate vendor violation documents.
Complete ERM change documents.
Verify piece count to vendor packing slip or transfer document and notify supervisor of overages/shortages.
Assist in researching booking discrepancies as needed.
Hanger change merchandise as needed
