Job: Breakfast Cooks

Prepare primarily breakfast foods according to strict standards and specifications.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling.
Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.

Basic cooking skills primarily using a flat grill, egg range and frying pans. Florida Serv-Saf certification is mandatory but can be obtained after employment has started.
