Jobing Description

The Personal Banker opens and maintains new and existing accounts. Cross sells and refers other bank products and services.

Ensures that all account documentation is properly completed and routed to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

Skills / Requirements

This candidate will have at least one year experience in a branch sales and customer service position at a financial institution.

Knowledgeable of financial services and regulatory compliance. i.e., “Know Your Customer,” “USA Patriot Act.”

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

PC proficient.
