Job: Part Time Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent!

Duties include:

Must have excellent customer service skills

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests

Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests

Post charges, for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, manually, or by using computers
Issue room keys and maintain key security

Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems

Record guest comments or complaints, offer solutions and follow up to ensure 100% satisfaction

High School diploma or the equivalent

College course work in related field preferred

Prior customer service experience preferred

Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift (eight hours or more)

Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred but not required

Computer experience preferred
