Job: Maintenance/Painter

This position will be responsible for completing maintenance related duties mostly painting. Hours may include evenings and weekends. Must pay attention to detail and meet deadlines. Working area will consist mostly outdoors in a parking garage. You will be working alone and must be self motivated.

Present a professional image is a must. Mechanically inclined a plus i.e. knowledgeable and familiar with handling all types of tools. Previous experience with similiar related industry i.e. auto body shops, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, painter, mechanic etc.
