Jobing Description
We are a fast-paced, high-growth call center located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
To be considered for this position you must be able to work the scheduled shift from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
We are hiring telephone sales agents who are committed to providing sales integrity, product quality, and excellence to our customers. We intend to provide each of our employees with the appropriate training, support and motivation necessary to develop to his or her maximum potential.
Responsibilities
1. Learn all sales techniques including but not limited to sales scripts, overcoming objections, rebuttals, and customer service techniques
2. Maintain working knowledge of all Sales and Customer Service policies and procedures
3. Work the required minimum hours per week to acquire hands on experience and meet goals
4. Responsible for knowing all products and policies before they are presented to the customers
5. Maintain working knowledge of technology including phone system, dialer, Microsoft Office, and Internet
Skills / Requirements
Telephone Sales experience preferred but not required
Effective selling skills including good reasoning ability
Proficient in telephone and e-mail communication is essential
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services
Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial
Ability to proactively connect with prospects, excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to change and work at a faster-than-average pace
Strong initiative and competitive drive
Driven and motivated by opportunity
Confident in guiding the process towards company goals
Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization
