As a modification/mortgage consultant you will be the client's advisor in regards to any mortgage related or financial goals. Our team will work together to place the client in the best solution that will fit the goal at hand.

As a modification/mortgage consultants your daily responsibilities will include:

Oversee a team of Junior Consultants in their daily duties.

Originate and pre-qualify incoming clients and other applicants with your team.

Provide documentation, requirements, and benefits of each solution to clients.

Structure solutions along with client documentation, by utilizing processing requirements and underwriting decisions.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly, updates to all clients.

Maintain and update client relationship management software with all information.


We handle all back office tasks such as Processing, Underwriting, Negotiating, Closing!

All applicants are required to be AMBITIOUS!!

The most important requirement is ambition, motivation, and the need to succeed.

Other requirements include:

Past Mortgage experience

Some sales or transactional experience.

High degree of honesty and customer service.

Dedication to success.

Ability to work long and flexible hours.

Well presented in regards to over the phone and in person sales.

Ability to use internet technology.

Bilingual candidates have great results being able to deal with multiple communities so Spanish, Russian, French, Haitian, Hebrew language skills are a plus!
