As a loan modification advisor you will be the client's advisor in regards to any foreclosure prevention, loan modification, and debt settlement solutions.

As a loan modification advisor your daily responsibilities will include:

Originate and pre-qualify incoming clients and other loan modification applicants.

Complete over 100 calls per day both incoming and outgoing.

Present loan modification / debt settlement solutions to clients upon pre-approval.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly, updates to all clients.

Maintain and update client relationship management software with all information.
