Professionally processes calls courteously, accurately and expeditiously under all circumstances while creating a positive impression of the hospital. Performs all emergency procedures as described in the Telecommunications Emergency Policy and Procedure Manual.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION/TRAINING/SKILLS

High School Diploma (Required).

EXPERIENCE TRAINING:

PBX experience required. (Experience handling a busy multi-line switchboad.) "Only candidates with PBS experience will be considered."

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

Typing experience required. Strong customer service background required. Good telephone etiquette a must.
