Our Telephone Sales Representatives place outbound sales calls to already existing Sears customers to offer them valuable Master Protection Agreements for product repair. Sears Marketing only contacts customers who already shop with Sears, so there is NO COLD CALLING involved.

Schedules: Sears offers 4 convenient work schedules to maximize flexibility.

AM shift:
Monday through Friday 8:00 - 1:30 rotating weekends
(Saturdays 9:00 - 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 - 6:00 as scheduled)

PM shift 1:
Monday through Friday 3:30 - 9:00 rotating weekends
(Saturdays 9:00 - 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 - 6:00 as scheduled)

PM shift 2:
Monday through Friday 4:00 - 9:00 rotating weekends
(Saturdays 9:00 - 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 - 6:00 as scheduled)

PM shift 3:
Monday through Friday 5:00 - 9:00 rotating weekends
(Saturdays 9:00 - 5:30 and Sunday 10:00 - 6:00 as scheduled)

Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
