Jobing Description
This position provides academic advisement and information regarding the College's programs and services to prospective, current and former students. Employees in this job classification utilize a case management approach in advising first time in college students. Additionally, this position provides educational planning, career planning and initial evaluation of transcripts for transfer students. Performs related work as directed.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related Career and Technical Education discipline. Minimum Experience/Training: Minimum of three (3) years experience in higher education, preferably community colleges. Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of a diverse student population.
