We are currently seeking a Tennis & Fitness Concierge!

Duties include:

Greets all visitors in the Tennis & Fitness facility ensuring that a positive environment exists by providing prompt, friendly service to all members and guests. This position will act as a concierge to the various ammenities offered by Ibis Golf & Country Club. Scheduling of Tennis, Fitness, and Spa appointments.

Experience as a country club/resort front desk receptionist preferred.

Position requires professional telephone skills, pleasant speaking voice and the ability to act calmly under pressure.

Computer proficiency a must. Working knowledge of Windows Outlook and Word is required.

Position requires a detailed and organized individual capable of working in an environment where numerous interruptions to job tasks being performed may occur.

Excellent customer service skills a must!
