Job: Assistant Professor, Music Technology

Broward College invites applicants for a full time tenure track teaching position in Music. The successful candidate must be able to teach classes in music technology, supervise the music technology lab, and assist in developing a music technology degree program. Secondary teaching area preferred: jazz guitar.

Minimum Education: Master's degree or higher in the discipline or a Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Music. College teaching experience preferred.

Minimum Experience/Training: Teaching experience in a college or post secondary institution is preferred. Committee work may be needed. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain active professional development activities and service to the Department and College.

All schedules require office hours and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.

This is a 163 day calendar position.
