PICU/PACU - RN Clinician, Pediatric ICU/ACU

Designs, plans and implements formal and informal education programs based on evaluations of department needs. Demonstrates clinical competency and acts as a clinical resource, functioning as a role model for the care of the infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, including those with special needs in an acute and/or intensive patient care area. Fosters family-centered care and works in respectful, supportive and collaborative ways with patients and their families. Assists in staff development.

Must have Florida RN License, BLS. PALS. CCRN preferred. Minimum 3-5 years Pediatric critical care experience required. Teaching experience preferred. Pediatric cardiothoracic and cardiac transplant experience required. Teaching skills, computer literacy, strong clinical assessment skills required.
