Job: IT-Park Support Technician

Support all technical, audio and video equipment for the Wannado City Park.

Job Responsibilities
• Basic troubleshooting computer hardware and software for all park equipment
• Basic troubleshooting for Video and Audio devices
• Start and close all Park Venues technical equipment
• Support all WC Park technical operations
• Install new computer systems using policies and procedures
• Assist with managing and maintaining hardware and software inventories
• Document work performed.
• Coordinate with Marketing and General Management to ensure website is properly updated with correct information on a weekly, or even daily basis
• Administrative maintenance on facility-wide Audio and Lighting systems



Candidate need to be available to work during the park hours of operations including all holidays and during the week days as needed.

Candidate must be self motivated and not require supervision.
Candidate must have common sense and been able to ask for assistance if required.
Candidate must be going to school for a Technical Degree or minimum of 1 year of technical experience.

EDUCATION
• BS in Computer Science or related field desired
• Minimum 3 years working with Windows XP / Windows Server 2003-2007
• Minimum 3 years working with Active Directory
