Job: Test Engineer Staff

Senior technical contributor with demonstrated design skills; is assigned difficult technical problems within domain of expertise.
Ability to partner with Contract Manufactuer's and ODM's on products.
Knowledgeable in the RF Design and Testing for Manufacturing arena.
Designs, develops and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and
equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products.
Plans and executes significant project tasks or small projects.
Ability to lead and to take on technologically challenging tasks.
Displays good depth of knowledge.
Begins to provide mentoring to less experienced engineers.
Owns project interdependencies.
Works to optimize tasks and resources in support of multiple project(s).
Begins to support proposals.
Fully understands process applications within domain of expertise.
Leads small continuous process improvement efforts.

BS Degree in a technical field related to test engineering +7 years demonstrated results, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree recommended.
