Lago Mar Country Club, one of the Finest Private Family Country Clubs in South Florida is soon to be the Newest! Lago Mar is conveniently located in Plantation, and is easy to travel to from all parts of Ft. Lauderdale and Broward County.

Prepare & cooks all required food items for the line & special function purposes

Adhere to required timeline of completion for all food related items

Works food stations both hot & cold & sets up/breakdown of food related stations

Follows procedures in accordance with established portions & presentation standards

Uses food preparation equipment according to instructions

Ensures that assigned work area(s) & equipment are clean & sanitary

Follows all designated checklists pertaining to daily operations

Assist in maintaining security & safety in the kitchen

Adheres to state & local health & safety regulations in accord with "Safe Staff" Food handler specifications & guidelines

Takes initiative to help where & when needed

Positive attitude

Must have flexible schedule to days, nights & week-ends & holidays

Must be able to lift 25 lbs
