Job: Front Desk Agents

The Ramada Plaza at Fort Lauderdale is a beautiful hotel that is only minutes away from downtown and the beach. Guests can lay out by our heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi while enjoying a beverage from our tiki bar, or they can enjoy a workout at our fitness center.

We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents!

Duties include:

Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests

Issues room key and escort instructions to Bellperson or directly to guest as appropriate, without announcing room numbers

Keeps records of room availability and guest's accounts

Computes bill, collects payment and makes change for guests

Other duties related to assisting our guests

Previous experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills required

Good computer skills

Good at multitasking and well organized

Service oriented

Professional appearance
