MINORITY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INCA National Organization Helping our Diversity with Contracts, Education, Employments and Incentives

The Minority Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to helping the minority entrepreneur flourish and grow in today's marketplace. Assistance is provided by the Chamber directly to socially or economically disadvantaged individuals who own or wish to start a business with a minimum of 51 percent ethnic minority ownership. Such persons include:

· Asian Indians
· African Americans
· Eskimos/Aleuts
· Hasidic Jews
· Native Americans
· Spanish Speaking Americans
· Puerto Ricans
· Veterans
· Special Needs Populations
· Refugees


Our mission is to strengthen the asset base of limited resource populations as a means of building economically vibrant and socially responsible communities.
