Blog Post: Executive Panel discussion on Pay & Benefits very helpful

SFCB would like to thank Gail Nichols, James Llewellyn, Monica Rego and Steve Karp for serving on an Executive Panel discussion on the impact the economic downturn is having on compensation, benefits, and total rewards.   The March South Florida Compensation & Benefits meeting was a great success.

The next meeting is June 11 where Mercer expert, Matthew Snook, will discuss the survey findings from their National Survey of Employer-sponsored Health Plans concentrating on healthcare cost containment challenges while providing the latest and most effective trends in managing them in the short and long term. The event will provide useful data that can be used as a basis of comparison to your current programs, plans and costs.
