There is no magic bullet. There are more candidates available for each available position. Now more than ever, the power of a strong network and the importance of the unique skills we bring to the table are the best tools to survive these changing times. Whether in career transition or in a steady job, continue building your professional network, attend or join professional associations, join a volunteer organization or even consider attending a self-help workshop.
