FULL TIME- DAYS- MONDAY- FRIDAY- OCCASIONAL WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree obtained through a formal 4-year program with three years of related experience. Coordinates operations for the Call Center & Physician Referral Service and provides leadership to employees. Provides on-going marketing efforts for the Broward Health Line service. Performs ongoing data analysis to guide department productivity, services, quality and metrics. Performs telephone duties of physician referral, event registration and general client inquiries such as services, programs and other medical center information. Advises physicians and their office staff regarding appropriate marketing and customer service.
